The Individual Giving Manager is a relationship-focused fundraising professional who partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer to grow and strengthen ASB’s individual donor program. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new mid-level and major gift prospects, while also stewarding and renewing existing donor relationships.
The Manager leads ASB’s individual giving efforts and plays a key role in advancing long-term financial sustainability, including serving as the primary development lead for the annual Wine Tasting Benefit and other donor engagement initiatives.
Location: Hybrid
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
