The Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is a full-time role crucial to supporting A Step Beyond’s (ASB) program and administrative functions. Acting as the primary liaison between parents and ASB staff, this position handles reception duties, supports program operations, assists the CEO with administrative tasks weekly, and fosters a welcoming office environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish, oral and written, is required. Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and a customer service focus are essential. The position is based in Escondido, with occasional evening or weekend work possible.
