The Academic Manager at A Step Beyond oversees academic support for students in grades 3–12, ensuring success in school and engagement in ASB’s creative programs. The role manages curriculum, tutoring, family engagement, and the Academic Services team, while fostering student-centered, culturally sustaining learning. Ideal candidates have education or youth development experience, knowledge of California standards and A–G requirements, Spanish fluency, and a passion for supporting student success.
